Feed Integrations Consultant

About the role:

Garner is seeking a Feed Integrations Consultant to join our highperforming Feed Integrations team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of eligibility and claims data feeds that are foundational to Garner’s healthcare platform.

This position blends technical acumen with project management and crossfunctional collaboration. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, including health insurance carriers, TPAs, and benefits administrators, while working closely with internal teams such as Account Management, Legal, Engineering, and Product.

This is a missioncritical role, managing the data infrastructure that directly impacts our clients’ success and our product performance.

This position is fully remote.

What you will do:

• Own and drive the endtoend implementation and maintenance of eligibility and claims data integrations
• Simultaneously lead multiple implementations, ensuring data quality, timeliness, and compliance
• Collaborate with external feed providers to gather technical requirements, map files, test integrations, and resolve issues
• Conduct indepth data analysis and error reporting to validate feed performance and troubleshoot discrepancies
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, seamless integration, and operational excellence
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal tools, documentation, and processes

• What you will bring to the team:

  • 3–5 years of experience with healthcare data, including eligibility and claims file formats (e.g., EDI 834, 837, custom flat files)
  • Familiarity with data integration protocols such as SFTP, encryption standards (e.g., PGP), and file transformationmapping
  • Proven project management skills and ability to prioritize in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Strong communication skills with experience working crossfunctionally and externally with partners
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and a drive for rootcause problem solving
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to get handson with complex work
  • Passion for transforming healthcare and improving outcomes for members and clients

  • Compensation Transparency:

    The base salary range for this position is $81,000 $104,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, MedicalDentalVision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
