Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and source top talent across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.
  • Conduct candidate screening and evaluation to ensure technical and cultural fit.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand department needs and design recruitment processes.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline, and report on recruitment metrics to refine strategies.

As our Go To Market (GTM) Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting top professionals who drive the commercial success of BuildOps. This role requires a deep understanding of the Go To Market functions—specifically Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations—and the ability to attract candidates who possess the expertise, drive, and passion needed to thrive in a highgrowth SaaS environment. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand the unique requirements for each role and ensure that BuildOps attracts the best talent to help us scale our GTM strategy.
