Senior Director Product Management

As Senior Director of Product Management, you will lead a team of product managers responsible for a core segment of our product portfolio. This may include offerings such as patient onboarding, financial assistance, nurse support, adherence programs, or digital engagement tools.

You will drive product strategy, execution, and performance across your domain, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of life sciences clients while delivering measurable impact for patients. This is a highly crossfunctional role requiring close collaboration with operations, engineering, regulatory, commercial, and clientfacing teams

• Product Leadership
• 1. Own the strategy and roadmap for a defined set of patient support offerings (digital, servicebased, or hybrid).
  3. Translate market needs, client feedback, and regulatory trends into actionable product plans.
  5. Ensure offerings are scalable, compliant, and aligned with therapeutic areaspecific needs.

     2. 1. Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners.

           2. 1. Partner with engineering, operations, and service delivery teams to ensure timely and highquality execution.
              3. Oversee product lifecycle management, from concept through launch and optimization.

                 2. 1. Serve as a subject matter expert in client discussions, proposals, and program design sessions.
                    3. Engage with patients, providers, and internal stakeholders to validate product direction and improve user experience.
                    4. 1. Compliance & Quality
                       2. 1. Ensure all offerings meet applicable regulatory and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, OIG guidance).
                          3. Collaborate with legal, compliance, and quality teams to manage risk and maintain audit readiness.
                          4. 1. Performance Management
                             2. 1. Define and track KPIs related to product adoption, patient outcomes, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
                                3. Use data to drive continuous improvement and inform investment decisions.
                                4. 1. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

                                   2. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

                                      • Directly supervises employees within the Product department.
                                      • • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws.
                                        • • Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

                                          • Requirements

                                            • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
                                            • 8–12 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
                                            • Strong background in life sciences, healthcare, or patient services; experience with patient support programs is highly preferred.
                                            • Proven ability to manage both digital and nondigital (servicebased) offerings.
                                            • Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to patient engagement.
                                            • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
