About Pavago:
We are currently hiring a Recruiter Coordinator to support one of our clients a growing U.S.based medical company by helping them build a highperforming corporate team. This role is ideal for a recruiter with a sharp eye for talent in administrative and support functions such as billing, office coordination, and scheduling. If you have experience recruiting for medical or healthcareadjacent organizations, that’s a strong plus.

Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition

  • Proactively source and attract candidates for nonclinical corporate roles such as billing coordinators, office administrators, and support staff.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and internal ATS tools to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Write and send persuasive outreach messages to increase engagement from passive candidates.
    • Screening & Interview Coordination

      • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate communication, professionalism, and job alignment.
      • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment strategies.
      • Schedule interviews, track candidate progress, and support a smooth interviewtohire process.
        • Pipeline Management & Communication

          • Maintain structured candidate tracking and communication logs using spreadsheets or ATS systems.
          • Provide regular updates to internal and client stakeholders regarding recruitment progress.
          • Follow up with candidates and hiring teams to ensure timely movement through the process.
            • Client Collaboration

              • Work closely with the U.S.based medical companys HR and hiring team to understand hiring priorities.
              • Share market feedback, adjust sourcing strategies, and adapt to evolving business needs.
              • Maintain professionalism and clear communication across all stakeholders.

                  Required Experience & Skills:

                  • 2+ years of recruitment experience (agency or inhouse), preferably focused on admin or corporate staff roles
                  • Familiarity with hiring for medicalhealthcare companies is a strong plus
                  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
                  • Experience using recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
                  • Proficiency with ATS systems and productivity tools like Google Workspace
                  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills; able to manage multiple job openings simultaneously
                  • Comfortable working independently with remote teams
                    • What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
                      You’ll begin your day reviewing job board responses and shortlisting potential candidates. After conducting several phone screens, you’ll move forward with scheduling interviews, following up with applicants, and updating your pipeline. You’ll collaborate with the client’s HR team to align on hiring goals and adjust sourcing efforts as needed. Your day ends with documentation, communication updates, and setting priorities for tomorrow’s hires.

                      Interview Process:

                      • Initial Screening: A short phone call to review your experience and communication skills.
                      • Video Interview: A 30minute session to explore your recruitment process and alignment with the role.
                      • Client Interview: Final interview with the client’s team to assess mutual fit.
                      • Reference Check: Final step before offer issuance.
