Reports To: Operations Manager

We are pooling candidates for a future opportunity with our client in their Direct (Phone Sales) team. This team delivers highperforming phone sales campaigns for partner wineries, and we’re looking for someone who can support them with administrative precision and technical knowhow.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys supporting teams, and has handson experience with data tools, CRM systems, and reporting platforms. You’ll be the operational backbone of the team—keeping campaigns running smoothly while leveraging tech to improve efficiency.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Setup & Maintenance: Enter and update wine campaign data (names, prices, discounts) with accuracy and speed.
  • Calling Plan Coordination: Use customer data to generate optimized daily calling lists.
  • Team Support: Be the goto person for campaign adjustments, invoice updates, and general troubleshooting.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Prepare postcampaign reports using Zoho Analytics and assist with data analysis tasks.
  • Technical Admin Support: Work closely with the Data Analyst on data cleaning, Excel analysis, and CRM updates.
  • General Admin Support: Assist the Direct Management team with various operational tasks.

      • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Excel.

      • Experience or interest in wine is a plus—but not required.
