The Learning and Adoption Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing loan officer proficiency and promoting the adoption of Trust Engine products. Reporting directly to the Chief Experience Officer, youll be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful training programs, including creating engaging microlearning videos and managing LMS content.
A key aspect of this position involves developing robust coaching initiatives and meticulously measuring their effectiveness through established metrics. Youll also partner crossfunctionally with the Chief Growth Officer, Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, and leadership to foster a strong working relationship. Success in this role will involve autonomously leading initiatives that directly support the companys expansion and retention goals to enhance the overall client and employee experience.

Base Salary Average: $75,000 $100,000 plus variable up to $20,000
