Role Overview

As a Customer Success Manager for the DACH market, you will be responsible for owning and nurturing longterm relationships with our pharmaceutical and healthcare clients in the region.

You’ll ensure that customers extract maximum value from our services, driving high levels of satisfaction, retention, and credit consumption. Acting as a strategic partner, you will coordinate the endtoend customer journey, proactively address challenges, and collaborate closely with Account Managers, Supplier Sales, and Operations to deliver exceptional results.

This role is ideal for someone with strong relationship management skills, a solutionoriented mindset, and experience working in fastpaced, clientfacing environments — preferably in SaaS, pharma, or highly regulated sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of key pharmaceutical clients in the DACH region, with full ownership of the customer relationship postsale.

  • Drive customer engagement and retention by ensuring successful adoption, usage, and value realization.

  • Be the primary point of contact for audit coordination, support, and overall customer satisfaction.

  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, working crossfunctionally to resolve issues and unlock growth.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers to support expansion and renewal strategies.

  • Conduct regular checkins and strategic business reviews with clients.

  • Track and drive key metrics such as credit consumption, NPS, and renewal rates.

  • Maintain clean, accurate records in HubSpot CRM and ensure internal visibility and handover processes.

  • Share customer insights with product, operations, and leadership to inform continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to internal documentation and enablement efforts to scale Customer Success practices.

    • Requirements

      • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or clientfacing roles in SaaS, consulting, or regulated industries.

      • Proven track record managing complex B2B relationships and delivering customer outcomes.

      • Fluency in German and English is required.

      • Strong ownership, problemsolving skills, and a proactive mindset.

      • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).

      • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

      • Previous experience in Life Sciences, pharma, or auditrelated services is a strong plus.

      • Based in Germany or able to travel regularly within the DACH region.
