About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resultsoriented Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee and optimize our talent acquisition operations. This critical role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our recruitment strategies, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing our employer brand. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong operational background and a passion for creating a worldclass candidate experience.


What Youll Do

TA Administration:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain efficient and compliant TA processes, workflows, and documentation.

  • Manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other TArelated technologies.

  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our TA systems.

  • Oversee vendor relationships related to TA (e.g., job boards, background check providers).

  • Manage the logistics and coordination of recruitment events and activities.

    • TA Optimization:

      • Develop and deliver training and resources to hiring managers and the TA team on best practices in interviewing, candidate assessment, and recruitment processes.

      • Create and maintain interview guides, scorecards, and other relevant tools.

      • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, technologies, and legal requirements, and share knowledge with the team.

      • Leverage AIdriven insights for talent intelligence and predictive analytics

        • Budget Management:

          • Track and report on recruitment expenses.

          • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

          • Marketing & Branding (Employer Branding):

          • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and execute employer branding initiatives that attract top talent.

          • Manage our online presence on career sites and social media platforms.

          • Develop compelling job descriptions and other recruitment marketing materials.

          • Participate in industry events and build relationships to enhance our employer brand.

            • Continuous Improvements & Innovation:

              • Regularly analyze TA metrics and identify areas for improvement in processes, efficiency, and candidate experience.

              • Implement datadriven solutions and best practices to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.

              • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our TA function.

              • Conduct regular audits of TA processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

              • Proactively identify, evaluate, and implement automation and AI solutions to enhance TA efficiency and candidate experience

                • PreHire Onboarding Success:

                  • Collaborate with TA and clients or internal hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive prehire onboarding experience for new employees.

                  • Oversee the offer letter process, contract signing, and background checks.

                  • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage candidates between offer acceptance and their start date.

                  • Create a worldclass prehire onboarding experience & processes.

                    • Analytics & Reporting:

                      • Develop and maintain key TA metrics and dashboards to track performance against goals.

                      • Generate regular reports on recruitment activity, timetohire, costperhire, source of hire, and other relevant metrics.

                      • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

                      • Present TA performance data to stakeholders together with other TA Leaders.

                      • Oversee talent intelligence and insights
