Senior Business Development Manager | PSP (CIS)

Due to the expansion of our department, we are looking for a:

Business Development PSP Specialist

🧩 Main tasks:

🔍 Search for PSP providers (CIS market, India), negotiation of cooperation terms (understanding of commercial conditions, % fees, turnover, contract signing)
📄 Conduct compliance process
📑 Prepare documentation for PSP integration
🌍 Analyze the payment systems market and current PSP providers
📊 Competitor analysis
🤝 Manage relationships with existing PSP partners
📈 Monitor and optimize PSP conversion rates
🛎️ Resolve operational issues with PSPs

🎯 What we expect from you:

💼 2+ years of experience in forex gambling crypto fintech
🗣️ Strong negotiation skills and market analysis ability
🧠 Knowledge of compliance procedures
🧭 Proven experience in finding PSP providers via effective channels — MUST
🔁 Experience with quarterbacks and understanding of the rebounding process
🌐 Participation in industry conferences
🚀 Experience setting up processing from scratch
📚 Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and communication skills
🗨️ Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian — mandatory
