Role Overview:

SWEAT Foundation is seeking a highly driven and ambitious Head of Finance and Operations to join our agile team. In this role, you’ll operate as a senior crossfunctional leader responsible for translating strategy into execution and reporting directly to the CEOCofounder. You’ll oversee financial health, treasury operations (fiat and crypto), token liquidity, commercial negotiations, as well as supporting the CEO in building relationships with investors and onchain market players. The biggest overall objective will be to get Sweat Foundation to profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial planning, reporting, forecasting and budgeting to ensure financial accuracy and strategic alignment.

Oversee treasury operations, ensuring capital efficiency, liquidity management, and risk mitigation across fiat and crypto.

Manage relationships with centralized exchanges and token market makers, while utilizing onchain data analysis to optimize listing strategies and monitor token performance.

Support the CEO with datadriven insights and drive strategic planning across financial, operational, and organizational levers.

Maintain communication with investors, prepare updates and materials, and support capital raising initiatives.

Oversee legal, compliance, and entity management across jurisdictions in coordination with external counsel.

Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years in startup finance, strategy or operations (Web3crypto or fintech experience is a big bonus)

Strong experience with budgeting, financial planning, and treasury (crypto + fiat)

Understanding of token economics, market making, and onchain data

Proven ability to lead crossfunctional teams and scale remote operations

Familiarity with legal, compliance, and multijurisdictional structures

Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders

Experience with financial systems, including Xero

Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker

Bonus: Experience with DAO governance, CEX listings, or DeFi protocols
