This parttime role is ideal for someone with an attention to detail and a high customer service touch. The role is focused on managing office administration for a mostly remote staff. The Office Manager functions include being responsible for overseeing the daytoday administrative functions of the office, ensuring a productive and efficient working environment. This role involves the following tasks:

  • Coordinating administrative support, including processing the mail weekly, ordering business cards for new employees, scanning and sending CEO business receipts to VES Accounting, and other tasks as needed
  • Managing the laptop inventory, serving as a liaison with our IT vendor and Ventus employees
  • Organizing and managing office and recruiting supplies, including setting up and maintaining files
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, equipment and cateringmeal supplies on hand
  • Supporting office meetings (on and offsite) and events such as picnics and holiday parties, some outside of regular business hours
