Job Description

Oversee endtoend financial operations including accounting, compliance, taxation, and financial reporting across all business units
Lead and manage a distributed finance team remotely, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of monthly and annual financial statements
Ensure compliance with Indian statutory regulations (GST, TDS, ROC filings) and international reporting standards
Develop and manage internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures
Provide strategic financial insight to support budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and internal leadership teams
Manage ERP or accounting platforms (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP) for streamlined reporting and control
