Job Requirements:

  • 2.55 years of experience as a data entry specialist.
  • Strong English communication skills to collaborate with the client and team effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in entering and managing data.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data entry processes, or ability to learn quickly.
    • Core responsibilities:

      • Enter and manage data within the clients CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
      • Scrape lead lists from various sources to support business growth, with training provided if needed.
      • Maintain detailed records of data entry activities, ensuring all information is properly categorized and accessible.
      • Collaborate directly with the client to understand data needs and update CRM records based on client input.
      • Perform regular audits of CRM data to ensure all information is uptodate and relevant to business operations.
