Title: Channel Partnership Manager – ISOAgent Recruitment | 100% Remote | Future Openings

Location: Remote FieldBased
Industry: Merchant Services Payment Processing
Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Lifetime Residual Commission (OTE 23x base)

        • What Youll Do as a Channel Manager:
          • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of ISOs and independent sales agents
          • Build relationships with potential channel partners to drive merchant acquisition
          • Promote Pepper Pays merchant services solutions to help partners close deals
          • Serve as the goto resource for agent onboarding, training, and ongoing support
          • Maintain performance metrics and deliver on revenue goals
          • Provide feedback to internal teams on partner and market needs
          • Stay informed on trends in the Merchant Services and payments industry
            • What Were Looking For:
              • Proven experience as a Channel Partnership Manager or Partner Manager in the paymentsFinTech industry
              • Strong network of ISOsagents or demonstrated success in partner recruitment
              • Deep understanding of Merchant Services, payment processing, and partner programs
              • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and meet revenue goals
              • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills
              • Selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced, remote environment
                • Preferred Qualifications:
                  • 3+ years of experience in a Channel Manager or ISOagentfacing role
                  • Background in selling or supporting payment processing, POS systems, or SaaS solutions
                  • Familiarity with highrisk merchant onboarding processes is a plus
