  • Partner with our Senior Deal Desk Specialist to: Streamline quote processing and CPQ configurations, improve quote templates, DocuSign formatting, and sales order accuracy, and ensure endtoend data consistency from quote to billing to revenue recognition
  • Intake and triage GTM systemsrelated requests across the Sales, CS, and Finance orgs
  • Identify and resolve SalesforceCPQ issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including error reduction, automation, and documentation
  • Support upcoming CPQ upgrade or system transition planning and implementation
  • Maintain high standards of data integrity across all GTM systems

  • Demonstrated experience supporting executive stakeholders and partnering crossfunctionally
  • Experience with GTM tool stack (e.g., ZoomInfo, Marketo, Zendesk, RingLead)
  • Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of technical execution
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience managing executivefacing dashboards and ARR reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Bonus: Exposure to backend development (e.g., Apex), workflow automation, or scripting for Salesforce configuration
  • The base salary range for this role is $105,000 $130,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and job related skills. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus up to 10% of base salary bringing the total target compensation range to $115,000 – $143,000.
