We’re hiring a technically strong Web Developer to push our websites to their peak conversion rate. This is more than WordPress plugandplay; you’ll architect fast, reliable, scalable front ends, keep Core Web Vitals in the green, and deploy smart experiments that move key marketing metrics. You’ll translate Figma designs into productionready code and back it up with clean documentation and disciplined testing. You’ll also take the lead for onpage conversion rate optimization, helping drive revenue and make a significant impact on our growth.

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Your Skillset
  • Architect custom WordPress themes and plugins using ACF, CPTs, hooks and the REST API
  • Translate Figma designs into productionready HTML5CSS3 (Sass)JavaScript (vanilla, jQuery) and React components
  • Optimize frontend performance (lazyload assets, minify, cache, CDN tuning, script management)
  • Instrument Core Web Vitals monitoring (CrUX, Lighthouse, realuser data)
  • Configure Cloudflare for secure deployments, DNS management and caching rules
  • Integrate dynamic landing pages via HubSpot APIs and embed behavioralanalytics tools (Hotjar, ABtesting platforms)
  • Onpage conversion rate optimization: craft hypotheses, wire up and implement AB tests (headlines, CTAs, layouts), analyze real user data, and iterate to lift key conversion metrics
  • Leverage AIpowered coding assistants responsibly to accelerate delivery without sacrificing code quality
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Your Experience:
  • 3+ years building and maintaining highly customized WordPress sites at scale
  • Demonstrated frontend expertise: deep HTMLCSSSass, modern JavaScript patterns and React
  • Handson proficiency with performance monitoring stacks, CDNs and DNS setups
  • Prior HubSpot integration experience (API, CMS modules, dynamic content)
  • Solid Gitbased CICD workflow: branching strategies, staging environments, rollbacks and liveerror tracking
  • Proven track record in conversion rate optimization: designing and running AB tests, analyzing realuser data, and iterating to drive measurable lifts in key conversion metrics

  • Performance as a constraint: Keep LCP, FID, CLS targets in the green at all times; automate monitoring alerts; stick to performance budgets
  • Maintainable codebase: Write modular, documented, testbacked code that other engineers can easily extend
  • Datadriven experimentation: Own endtoend AB cycles—from hypothesis through measurement—driving measurable lift in conversion metrics
  • Automation & efficiency: Continually streamline repetitive tasks (builds, deployments, tests) and introduce tooling improvements
  • AI integration: Evaluate and adopt AI tools that meaningfully boost developer productivity without sacrificing standards
  • Design partnership: Critically review designs to surface the highestimpact layouts and interactions for conversion
