Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic Clinical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Included Health. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Clinical Recruiting, this role is essential in helping us scale our Clinical and Behavioral Health teams by recruiting top talent across a range of clinical roles. The Clinical Recruiter will manage full cycle recruitment while ensuring a bestinclass candidate experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive fullcycle recruiting efforts for our Clinical and Behavioral Health team, recruiting for roles such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatrists and Master Level Therapists, and clinical roles supporting Clinical Navigation and Care & Case Management.
  • Identify, and engage top talent, using creative sourcing strategies.
  • Champion a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process, reflecting our commitment to inclusion and quality care.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of clinical talent, focusing on both active and passive candidates.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance workflows, refine processes, and improve recruitment efficiencies.
  • Partner with Analytics on pipeline data, recruitment metrics and performance data to share insights
  • Advise Hiring Managers on compensation recommendations and negotiate offer details to ensure successful offer acceptances.

  • Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience leading fullcycle recruitment within clinical, behavioral health, or broader healthcare settings.
  • Strong track record in sourcing and engaging passive candidates, with a focus on building diverse and inclusive pipelines.
  • Proficient in Lever or other modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • PhysicalCognitive Requirements:
  • Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
  • Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Eyehand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other officerelated equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer laptop) may be required.
  • Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
  • Starting hourly rate for you will depend on several jobrelated factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data.
