Job Overview
We are looking for a fully remote Travel Concierge Specialist, preferably based in the APAC region, to join our travel concierge and customer support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service during both sales and after-sales processes. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust with clients will help establish and maintain our reputation for outstanding customer support.
Key Responsibilities
As a Travel Concierge Specialist, you will:
Respond to customer enquiries promptly and accurately via email, live chat and Telegram/Whatsapp.
Manage all aspects of the travel booking process, assisting customers in making the best possible travel arrangements.
Resolve customer issues related to bookings, including flights, hotels, activities, and transfers, ensuring an unforgettable travel experience.
Identify customer needs and guide them through specific product features and platform functionalities.
Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate support level and follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
Potentially work within EU/US time zones to support our global customer base.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
Experience as a Travel Concierge Consultant or in a similar customer service role.
Advanced experience in flight booking management and airfares (Sabre GDS knowledge is essential).
Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with the travel industry.
Experience using helpdesk software and remote support tools.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including EU/US time zones.
A proactive and can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
An outgoing personality with strong organisational and motivational skills.
A results-oriented mindset and a passion for learning and adopting new tools and technologies to enhance the customer experience.
Desirable Requirements:
Understanding or experience with blockchain technology and distributed systems.
Prior experience working in luxury travel.
