What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA and we like to think thats all part of the fun. This list gives you a flavour of the type of work youll be doing when you start — though it will likely evolve over time.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Owning and driving the endtoend design, development, and optimization of the prospecttolead journey across sales systems.
  • Leading strategic initiatives and programs, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business objectives, and measurable impact.
  • Managing and maintaining clear, uptodate system architecture documentation, incorporating feedback from business stakeholders and adapting as needs evolve.
  • Collaborating crossfunctionally with global technical teams, IT system owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Evaluating, implementing, and integrating thirdparty and SaaS tools (e.g., Salesforce and adjacent technologies) to enhance the sales automation ecosystem.
  • Overseeing thorough solution testing, including quality assurance and facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with key partners, ensuring reliable deployment.

      • Deep expertise in Salesforce, including platform capabilities, architecture, and bestpractice configuration for enterprise environments.
      • Proven handson experience designing and implementing lead routing logic using tools like LeanData, along with strong technical expertise in building Validation Rules, Flows, and Custom Objects on the Salesforce platform.
      • Proven ability to lead complex, crossfunctional projects, working closely with stakeholders from marketing, sales, IT, and engineering.
      • Strong analytical and documentation skills, including process mapping, crafting user stories, and managing stakeholder requirements.
      • Experience working in Agile environments, with a collaborative mindset and a track record of partnering with technical development teams.
      • Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, or certifications in marketing automation platforms are a strong plus.
