Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hello, hey, gday, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and youre probably keen to find out whats on offer, so well get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work

Our flagship office is in Sydney, Australia, but weve made our way from down under, to a hub in San Francisco, which is now home to our US operations. We offer flexibility in how and where you work. We trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think thats all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things youll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

We’re looking for a Senior Enablement Manager to lead the charge in enabling our ENT and STRAT Sales teams. This person will be responsible for building and scaling programs that accelerate rep productivity, drive consistent sales execution, and embed critical skills and tools into our daily workflows. You’ll act as a strategic partner to Sales Leaders in these orgs, designing enablement programs that are grounded in business needs and focused on measurable outcomes.

This is a handson, strategic role that blends program design, learning delivery, and operational excellence.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

Strategic Enablement Leadership

  • Act as the enablement lead for the ENT and STRAT Sales Teams, translating business goals into targeted enablement strategies and programs.

  • Build trusted partnerships with Sales Leaders, PMM, Ops, and other stakeholders to ensure programs are aligned to revenue goals, segment needs, and growth priorities.

  • Participate in annual and quarterly planning to ensure enablement efforts are embedded into GTM priorities from day one.

    • Program Design & Execution

      • Design and manage tailored segment onboarding based on role requirements

      • Support the launch and adoption of new segment plays and processes by leading associated enablement workstreams (Territory Planning, Account BreakIn Strategies, Rep Workflows to Support Pipeline Creation, etc)

        • Measurement & Operational Excellence

          • Work with Sales Leadership and Enablement Leadership to define clear metrics to track enablement programs; regularly evaluate effectiveness based on rep performance, feedback, and business impact.

          • Leverage our GTM tech stack (e.g. Canva, Gong, Salesforce, Guru, WorkRamp) to deliver, govern, and optimize enablement experiences.

          • Maintain and evolve a centralized enablement hub with justintime content, playbooks, and training paths tailored to the ENTSTRAT segments.

            • Youre probably a match if

              • 5+ years experience in sales enablement, sales, or program management —ideally in a highgrowth SaaS environment with a track record of success.

              • Skilled facilitator and communicator who can lead engaging sessions with confidence—whether inperson or virtually.

              • Experience managing crossfunctional projects and aligning diverse stakeholders toward shared outcomes.

              • Familiar with enablement tools and platforms like Gong, Salesforce, Guru, WorkRamp, Salesloft, etc.

                • About the team

The GTM Enablement team is a strategic partner to Canva’s global GTM organization, focused on empowering our Sales and Success teams to deliver impact at scale. We partner closely with Ops, Sales, Product Marketing, and Leadership to build highimpact, repeatable programs that enable reps to excel—from onboarding to ongoing skill development. This role will sit within the Enablement team and focus specifically on supporting our ENT and STRAT Sales segments.
