Job description

Position Summary:

This role involves performing and documenting remote checks for pacemakers, ICDs (defibrillators), and loop recorders. Responsibilities also include managing Holter monitor processing and communication across all MCI clinics.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma

  2. NCET certification within one year of hire

  3. Strong knowledge of EKG rhythms

Key Responsibilities:

Remote Device Monitoring:

  • Review and upload hospital implant/post-op records into OMS

  • Manage patients in Murj and on multi-vendor device platforms

  • Monitor "end-of-life" devices, coordinate follow-up visits

  • Perform remote checks for multi-vendor devices

  • Schedule and bill for remote device appointments

  • Respond to implant device inquiries from MCI  clinics

  • Recognize cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias (e.g., A-fib, ERI alerts)

Telemetry Services:

  • Process Holter monitor studies across MCI locations

  • Confirm physician review of monitor results
