      Responsibilities
      • Process and manage prior authorizations specifically for gel injection treatments with commercial insurance providers
      • Navigate multiple commercial insurance portals and systems with expertise and efficiency
      • Communicate professionally with insurance representatives to advocate for patient treatment approvals
      • Maintain comprehensive documentation of authorization requests, approvals, and followup requirements
      • Coordinate closely with medical staff regarding authorization status and treatment timing
      • Track and manage multiple authorization cases simultaneously while meeting critical deadlines


        • Requirements

          • Proven experience with prior authorization processes in medical or healthcare settings
          • Indepth knowledge of commercial insurance systems, procedures, and requirements
          • Strong understanding of medical terminology related to injection therapies and orthopedic treatments
          • Exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational capabilities
          • Demonstrated experience working with US commercial healthcare insurance companies
          • Ability to work independently while managing multiple complex authorization cases
          • Strong problemsolving skills and persistence in navigating insurance challenges
