MatrixCare is seeking a driven and resultsoriented Senior Sales Executive to lead direct sales efforts targeting longterm care and senior living facilities. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing highimpact relationships with executive stakeholders, developing marketspecific strategies, and driving revenue through consultative, solutionbased selling.

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you will:

  • Drive New Revenue

      • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities within the longterm care, senior living industry.

          • Maintain a consistent pipeline and deliver a reliable, growing revenue stream through effective, systematic direct sales efforts.

              • Build and Maintain Strategic Relationships

                  • Cultivate longterm partnerships with Clevel executives, administrators, and key influencers across healthcare organizations.

                      • Serve as a trusted advisor by deeply understanding customer needs and positioning MatrixCare as a strategic solution provider.

                          • Lead Consultative Sales Efforts

                              • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and valuedriven presentations tailored to each prospective client.

                                  • Leverage insights, data, and product knowledge to guide prospects through the buying journey.

                                      • Strategize and Execute in the Market

                                          • Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies to support quota attainment.

                                              • Identify emerging market trends, new buying groups, and additional revenue opportunities.

                                                  • Collaborate Across Teams

                                                      • Coordinate efforts with Marketing, Operations, Product, and Contract Administration to ensure seamless execution and a positive customer experience.

                                                          • Champion MatrixCare’s brand, value proposition, and solutions in all interactions.

                                                              • Represent MatrixCare Externally

                                                                  • Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and professional networking events.

                                                                      • Actively participate in healthcarerelated associations and industry organizations to enhance visibility and expertise.

                                                                          • Maintain Sales Hygiene

                                                                              • Accurately manage pipeline and opportunity records using Salesforce.

                                                                                  • Submit timely reports detailing progress, wins, challenges, and territory insights.

                                                                                    • Qualifications and Experience

                                                                                      • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

                                                                                          • 5+ years of successful experience in software sales, ideally within healthcare or longterm care, senior living markets.

                                                                                              • Proven record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in highlevel, consultative sales environments.

                                                                                                  • Experience selling complex software solutions and presenting to executive stakeholders.

                                                                                                      • Knowledge of the longterm care industry and healthcare sales cycle is strongly preferred.

                                                                                                          • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM.

                                                                                                              • Completion of formal sales training programs (e.g., Challenger Sale, Strategic Selling) is a plus.

                                                                                                                                          Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

                                                                                                                                          This role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan with a target of $120,000 annually.

                                                                                                                                          At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $109,000 $136,000
