We are looking for a Workforce Analytics who will:
- Create and maintain Power BI Dashboards
- Provide HR insights in the form of presentations (creation and deliver)
- Data Cleaning using a variety tool such as Python and Excel
- Create reports in WD to get data
- Consulting with HR Analytics clients
- Providing training to internal stakeholders on analytical techniques and data interpretation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 35 years of experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence andor data analysis.
- Experience with one or more developmental or analytical tools such as Python, R or SQL.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with a visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Ability to deliver recommendations in written, verbal and presentation form.
- Experience navigating and extracting data from HRIS systems, Workday preferred.
- Human Resources experience preferred.
- Exceptional data skills include aggregation, cleaning, manipulation, and analysis; experience with human capital data preferred
- Workday reporting experience.
- Experience with one or more developmental or analytical tools such as Python, R or SQL.
- Ability to deliver recommendations in written, verbal and presentation form.
