The Workforce Analytics will be responsible for identification, development and reporting of human capital and related business metrics and analyses to be used in assessing and improving HR programs, HR service delivery, and business performance. This includes standardizing how workforce data is used to drive decisions and linking workforce data to business results. This position is responsible for providing HR metrics, analysis, survey results, and data visualizations to all levels of the organization.
