About the role

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our U.S. team, specifically supporting clients in the Central and Eastern Time zones. This is a midlevel role ideal for someone who thrives in a highvolume, fastpaced environment, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and delivers exceptional service with a positive, solutionsfocused attitude.


As the primary point of contact for your assigned accounts, you’ll lead customers through onboarding, drive product adoption, manage renewals, and ensure clients are gaining full value from our platform. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, clear and confident
communication, and the ability to balance competing priorities while providing outstanding support to both customers and internal stakeholders.

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • 3–5 years in a customer success, account management, or project coordination role—SaaS or GovTech experience strongly preferred
      • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and client needs simultaneously
          • Strong project management skills and comfort working with deadlines across crossfunctional teams
              • Confident, clear communicator—able to translate technical concepts into easytounderstand guidance
                  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and educate customers effectively; includes experience in doing live technical and product demos in person andor on Zoom Teams.
                      • Experience managing a book of business and driving retention and satisfaction
                          • Act as the communication bridge between sales, clients
                            and the Tech Team.
                              • Strong understanding of client success metrics and KPI management.
                                  • Datadriven mindset with strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRMs (Hubspot, Salesforce)
                                      • Bonus: An understanding of shortterm rental compliance, taxation andor municipal operations is a bonus but not required.
