Position Summary:

Kemper has an immediate opening for an Commercial ISA Adjuster. In this position, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers. You handle claims involving unrepresented injured claimants, from start to finish. We are offering the opportunity to work in a fastpaced and exciting environment while you advance your career!

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build a rapport with unrepresented claimants

  • Analyze coverage

  • Handle the complete investigation including all necessary recorded statements from all involved parties and witnesses

  • Determine liability

  • Responsible for both the property damage and injury resolution for unrepresented parties

      • Must be able to handle multiple vehicle accidents

      • In some instances, handle claims where claimant is injured and at fault party in uninsured

      • Must provide excellent customer service

        • Position Qualifications:

          • Must have a minimum of 1 year of auto liability claims handling experience

          • Prior bodily injury experience a plus but not required

          • Understanding of full indepth auto coverage for nonstandard claims required

          • Auto claims handling experience required

          • Claims related computer systems experience required, Guidewire experience preferred

          • This is an in office job in on of our Claims Offices that includes a Remote Day Bank
