Job Title: Business Development Manager – Customized Audit Solutions

Location: United States remote

Due to growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to join our existing sales team based within the United States.

About the role:

In this exciting new role, you will lead the charge in identifying and securing new business opportunities for the growth of our tailored audit solutions.

You will leverage your expertise in consultative and solutionbased sales, working closely with crossfunctional teams such as risk and compliance to design and deliver customized offerings that truly meet client needs.

You will build new relationships through effective lead generation and strategic prospecting activities while seeking opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships with strategically important clients.

This role is more than sales—its about influencing how our solutions are delivered, shaping the client experience, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Effectively drive business growth by prospecting and securing new business.

  • Develop and manage relationships with key accounts and business leaders.

  • Collaborate with BSI’s Global Internal and Supplier Audit teams and internal stakeholders to align with service priorities and strategy.

  • Engage with existing accounts through ongoing partnerships with Operational and Delivery teams to support retention.

  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, negotiating contracts, and integrating agreements.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets, ensuring profitable growth and strategic objectives.

  • Support sales colleagues across the Americas in promoting Internal and Supplier Audit services to their clients and prospects.

    • To be successful in the role, you will have:

      • At least 8+ years of B2B sales experience.

      • Experience in solution sales and business development.

      • Demonstrable experience in prospecting and closing new business opportunities.

      • Proven track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.

      • Experience in assessmentaudit solutions within a professional services environment.

      • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce is desirable.

              The salary for this position can range from $84,800 to $106,000 USD annually, depending on experience, location, and internal compensation factors.
