Job Purpose:

TruStage’s Corporate Development team handles a wide range of complex acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures and other strategic transactions for the organization. As Mergers and Acquisition Deal Manager, you will be an integral part of our Corporate Development team and will lead the endtoend deal management process for a broad range of strategic transactions, including managing postclosing integration or separation efforts. This position will develop and manage processes to drive collaboration, resolve challenges, engage with internal and external stakeholders and ensure swift execution of strategic transactions in fast paced and challenging environments.

Periodically, the role will leverage these same skills to provide project management support for the B2B sales organization when there are lulls in active strategic transactions.
