Job Description

Lead the tracking, measurement, and analysis of performance across multiple programmatic advertising campaigns.
Identify campaign performance and delivery issues; collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement timely, data-driven solutions.
Design, build, and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor key KPIs such as budget spend, CPC, CPM, win rate, and others.
Conduct comprehensive analysis across multiple data sources to develop and implement optimization strategies (e.g., adjusting bidding and ranking factors).
Drive A/B testing initiatives and apply statistical methodologies to assess campaign impact and inform future strategies.
Communicate insights and strategic recommendations clearly and persuasively to account management/adOps or product teams
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience of managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns
Proficiency in SQL/Python for querying and analyzing large datasets
Experience of building dashboards with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Quicksight
Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-marking approach
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts and data insights to stakeholders with varying levels of expertise
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in GCP or AWS services for data processing and reporting such as BigQuery
Proficiency in building automated data pipelines for analysis and reporting with Python
Experience

Compensation offered for this role is $70,500.00 - 124,125.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
