Job description

As we continue expanding across Europe, we are seeking a highly experienced Sales Consultant with deep connections in the German automotive industry especially among OEMs such as BMW, MercedesBenz, Volkswagen Group and others.

Your Role

As a Sales Consultant for the German market, your mission is to open doors and accelerate our market entry. Acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you’ll leverage your network to introduce Kanzi to key decisionmakers, identify highpotential opportunities, guide our gotomarket approach within major German OEMs and position Kanzi as a strategic solution for their HMI and UIUX needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your network to introduce Kanzi to key decisionmakers at German automotive OEMs.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, providing insights that directly inform our sales strategy.
  • Guide Kanzi’s gotomarket efforts within specific OEMs or business units.
  • Provide market intelligence, customer insights and strategic recommendations to our internal teams.
  • Support or lead meetings, pitches and earlystage negotiations with customers.
  • Act as a liaison between OEM stakeholders and our sales, technical and product teams.
  • Define tailored entry strategies and sales messaging for the German OEM market.
    • Ideal Profile:

      • 10+ years of experience in automotive sales, partnerships or consulting.
      • Deep network within one or more German OEMs, such as VW Group, BMW, MercedesBenz, Porsche or Audi.
      • Strong understanding of HMI, automotive software ecosystems and development processes.
      • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
      • Proactive, independent and resultsdriven mindset.
      • Availability for short or midterm projects on a contract or consultancy basis.
