About the Job

We’re looking for a detailoriented, proactive, and highly organized Sr. Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our highimpact marketing team. This role will help drive the successful planning and execution of major integrated campaigns and evergreen marketing efforts across growth marketing.

You’ll play a key role in orchestrating activities for growth marketing across creative, media, performance marketing, PMM, business stakeholders, and agencyinternal partners—ensuring everything moves on time, on budget, and in sync.

This role is a linchpin in keeping our campaigns and crossfunctional marketing machine running smoothly. By ensuring flawless coordination and operational clarity, you help maximize the impact of every dollar we spend and every message we send.

For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $70,000 to 97,000 USD. We take into consideration an individuals background and experience in determining final salary therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, jobrelated knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.

What You’ll Do
Growth Marketing Planning & Coordination
  • Own and maintain the central media channel orchestration and growth marketing channel campaign calendar—keeping all stakeholders aligned across evergreen and big bet GTM initiatives.
  • Deliver consolidated growth marketingmarketing plans of record for our quarterly executions.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional timelines and deliverables with Creative, PMM, Media (agency & inhouse), Product, and Business teams
  • Manage project checkins and status documentation to ensure campaign execution remains on track
    • GTM Execution Support
      • Support the endtoend execution of integrated campaigns, including asset delivery, trafficking coordination, launch pacing, and QA in collaboration with PMM, Creative, and other marketing teamsfunctions.
      • Help drive alignment across paid media, lifecycle, product marketing, and international teams
      • Anticipate and flag execution risks or delays, proactively resolving issues with the right partners
        • Budget & Project Support
          • Track budget allocations and approvals for key initiatives in partnership with marketing ops and finance
          • Help reconcile invoices, assist with accruals, and support spend tracking
          • Contribute to special projects (e.g. campaign retros, playbook creation, testing calendars) and help build operational infrastructure that scales
          • Occasional adhoc, reporting, project management, planning.
            • What We’re Looking For

              Required Qualifications:

              • 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, media operations, or project management within a B2C or integrated agency environment
              • Strong organizational and communication skills—you’re a natural calendar keeper, status documenter, and crossteam connector
              • Experience supporting multichannel campaigns and working across creative, media, and strategy functions
              • Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables without dropping balls
              • Analytical; know your way around a spreadsheet and marketing and media budgets. Comfortable interfacing with finance, marketing analytics.
              • Proficiency with GSuite, spreadsheets, and light budget tracking
              • A teamfirst attitude, curiosity to learn, and calm presence under pressure
