As part of our Branded Field Sales team, you’ll be responsible for identifying and winning new accounts on our fleet card programs across your assigned territory.

Sales Territory: multiple available, role requires 5075% travel

How youll make an impact:

  • Regularly meet, and often exceed, your monthly KPIs (net cards, gallons, revenue)
  • In tandem with your sales manager, develop a strategic plan for attacking your territory; both from a geographic and specific vertical segment perspective
  • Responsible for selfgenerating your own leads. WEX will support that effort, but you must be committed to finding your own business opportunities.
  • Quickly build a robust pipeline of fleet opportunities, and consistently add to it
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
  • Be a proactive communicator regarding your work
  • Demonstrate exceptional discovery and presentation skills through superior product and competitive knowledge
    • Experience youll bring:

      • 35 years of outside sales experience with proven client acquisition
      • Demonstrated consistent quota performance in a businesstobusiness sales environment
      • Demonstrated ability to sell against the competition
      • Strong prospectchannel identification, development and qualification skills
      • High degree of territory management capability
      • Travel is required, must be comfortable in airvehicle travel
      • Must be able to pass a successful background investigation

        • Preferred Qualifications

          • Industry knowledge in fleet management and or commercial payments
          • Strong relationship management skills
          • Strong time management skills

            • Salary Pay Range: $65,000$80,000 + Uncapped Commission
              Commission based role with OTE of $100,000+

              The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Actual pay rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as your qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Base pay is one component of WEXs total compensation package. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable plan. Nonsales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
