We have an exceptional opportunity to join ELGA Labwater, part of Veolia, Water Tech, where
youll play a crucial role in driving our laboratory water purification solutions.

Job Description

Your mission:
Drive regional sales growth of ELGAs premium laboratory water purification systems while
providing valuable market intelligence and product development insights.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans for ELGAs complete pure water solution portfolio,
including PURELAB, CENTRA, and MEDICA product lines.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, focusing on research institutions, pharmaceutical
companies, and healthcare facilities to achieve revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field (MastersMBA preferred)
  • Extensive sales experience in the scientificlab equipment industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of pure water principles and the ELGA product range
  • Understanding of laboratory workflows and key instrumentation drivers
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce would be an advantage)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
  • Knowledge of finance metrics, typically bookings, revenue & margins
  • Experience in sales forecasting and budget management
  • Businessconscious and commercially astute
  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages being a plus
    • Key Competencies:

      • Strong balance of sales hunting and account management skills
      • Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
      • Experience managing thirdparty channels and global accounts
      • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills
      • Expertise in strategic sales planning and business development
      • Experience working in international markets
      • Strong communication skills to drive collaboration across regional and national teams
      • Ability to secure and manage highvalue international deals
