We’re seeking a Senior Program Leader to lead the development, evolution, and scale of our Data Resilience Maturity Model (DRMM)—a strategic framework that helps enterprises benchmark, assess, and improve their data resilience posture.
This is a hybrid role combining strategic product ownership, technical program execution, and cross-functional leadership. You will drive the DRMM roadmap, define and deliver supporting tools and assessments, and ensure our internal and external stakeholders—from Services to Sales to Partners—can operationalize the framework at scale.
Ideal candidates are fluent in both product strategy and the technical and data mechanics of enterprise assessments. You’ll need to deeply understand how frameworks like DRMM are implemented—from the logic behind scoring models to the flow of survey data into dashboards—and ensure smooth execution as we scale across thousands of customers.
