The role of UX writing at Empathy is critical to the success of our products. The people who use our app are often in a state of grief - emotionally overwhelmed, with limited focus and short attention spans. Designing an experience that truly supports them and helps them navigate it successfully is at the very core of what we do.
The UX writer’s mission is to translate the app’s interface into human language that meets people where they are -crafting clear, consistent, and user-sensitive copy across all products. Every word is intentional: enhancing usability, building trust, and guiding users toward their goals with empathy and clarity.
