UX Writer (OBRIO) at Genesis

We are developing Nebula – the biggest brand in the spiritual niche:

Having already seen the value that strong UX writing brings to our product, we’re now looking for a second UX Writer to help us expand this expertise, ensure a consistent voice and tone across all product flows, and elevate the user experience while supporting our brand and business goals.

Your impact:

• Craft new copy from scratch based on inputs from growth managers and product teams for new positioning.
• Audit existing funnels and eliminate drop-offs caused by unclear UX, complex text, and hard-to-understand screens.
• Review and optimize calls-to-action (CTAs) to enhance conversions and drive desired user behaviors.
  
• Develop and manage a backlog of hypotheses for UX copy improvements based on ongoing tests and feedback.
• Collaborate with the Product team on microcopy for consistent UX and improved metrics.

About you:

• 1 year of experience in UX writing.
• Solid understanding of UX principles and writing for user interfaces.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• Deep empathy for users and the ability to see things from their perspective.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret user data and drive actionable improvements.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving.
