Dandy is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our rapidly scaling technology organization. Technical Program Managers at Dandy orchestrate the definition, delivery and rollout of complex, crossfunctional initiatives that drive industrydefining products and experiences for our customers (Dentists). In this role, youll work collaboratively with our world class engineering and business teams (staffed with alums of Facebook, Google, Apple, Airbnb, Uber, WeWork, Palantir, and more) to ensure seamless execution of technical programs that deliver step changes in our infrastructure, security, and international domains.

What Youll Do

Technical program management at Dandy involves coordinating complex, multiteam initiatives with significant technical dependencies. As a Senior Technical Program Manager you will:

  • Drive execution and delivery of largescale technical programs spanning multiple engineering teams and business functions

  • Partner with engineering, product, design, analytics and crossfunctional business stakeholders to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics

  • Manage technical dependencies, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across complex multiteam initiatives

  • Establish and maintain clear communication channels, ensuring all stakeholders have visibility into program status, blockers, and key decisions

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, milestone tracking, and delivery frameworks that keep teams aligned and accountable

  • Facilitate technical decisionmaking processes and drive consensus on architecture, implementation approaches, and technical tradeoffs

  • Identify and resolve crossteam dependencies, resource conflicts, and execution bottlenecks before they impact delivery

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering leadership to ensure technical programs align with broader platform and infrastructure strategy

  • Identify opportunities to improve execution of the organization as a whole, to increase engineering productivity through tools and process improvements

    • What Were Looking For

      Were looking for experienced technical program managers who can navigate complex technical landscapes while driving results in a fastpaced environment. We seek someone accustomed to working in a hypergrowth, customer obsessed organization.

      • 6+ years of experience in technical program management, managing complex software delivery programs from conception through launch and optimization

      • Proven track record of successfully delivering largescale technical initiatives involving multiple engineering teams, platforms, and stakeholders

      • Strong technical background with ability to understand system architecture, APIs, infrastructure, and technical dependencies

      • Experience with software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and modern engineering practices

      • Exceptional project management skills with experience using tools like Jira, Asana, or similar program management platforms

      • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences

      • Entrepreneurial spirit: Selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving measurable impact

        • Bonus Points For

          • Experience at an operationallyintensive company with complex technical infrastructure

          • Handson engineering or technical background (ability to read code, understand system design)

          • Experience with international expansion, cloud infrastructure, microservices architecture, or distributed systems

          • Data analysis skills including SQL, data visualization, and metricsdriven decision making

          • Experience with DevOps practices, CICD pipelines, and release management

          • Time spent at a venturebacked startup during hypergrowth scaling technical teams and infrastructure

          • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant program management certifications

          • Experience managing programs with hardwaresoftware integration components
