The AdOps Strategy & Global Enablement Director is a seniorlevel individual contributor role reporting directly to the Global VP of Ad Operations. This strategic operator is responsible for aligning AdOps execution across North America and EMEA, leading global process evolution, unifying performance reporting, and ensuring financial accountability for delivery spend. This individual serves as a critical extension of AdOps leadership, partnering with internal stakeholders, external clients, and crossfunctional teams to support scalable operations, improve team systems, and uphold bestinclass client delivery standards.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly crossfunctional environment, is experienced in Ad Operations or AdTech ecosystems, and can combine technical fluency with strategic insight to drive global impact without direct reports.

Note: This position offers the opportunity for remote work or work from home as there isnt a nearby office.
