We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of Grata’s Business Development product and deal sourcing workflows. In this role, you will define, strategize, implement, and optimize workflows focused on the Business Development product, including Generative AI experiences and outreach workflows.
As a Product Manager at Grata, you’ll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deeply understand customer needs, prioritize impactful features, and work closely with engineering to deliver highquality features. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our experiences adhere to industry standards, maintain reliability, and scale effectively with the evolving needs of our growing business.
We are looking for someone who takes initiative, excels in a fluid environment and transforms ambiguity into clear solutions. The ideal candidate is also deeply customerobsessed, ensuring that their work consistently aligns with and addresses customer needs.

The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role’s scope and complexity, and the candidate’s experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. For roles based in New York City, the estimated base salary for this role is $100,000 $120,000 per year.
