How youll make an impact

As a Senior Account Manager, Global, you’ll be the strategic lead for a flagship global client, owning the postsale relationship and driving adoption, retention, and expansion. Acting as the client’s trusted advisor, you’ll deliver measurable value, build deep executive relationships, and ensure Spotnana is positioned as a missioncritical partner.

What youll own

  • Endtoend relationship management for a highvalue global enterprise
  • Executive engagement, including QBRs, EBRs, and strategic planning sessions
  • Enterprise onboarding and integration programs across complex systems
  • Enablement initiatives to drive adoption and longterm platform success
  • Upsell, renewal, and expansion strategy across global business units
  • Escalation ownership, partnering with Support and Engineering to resolve issues
  • Performance tracking and reporting: usage, ROI, NPSCSAT, revenue forecasts
  • Internal collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to drive unified account strategy

Our marketbased compensation approach uses data from trusted third party compensation sources to set salary ranges that are thoughtful and consistent with the role, industry, company size, and internal equity of our team. Each employee is paid within the minimum and maximum of their position’s compensation range based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and other jobrelated specifications.

              The annual cash compensation for this role is: $150,000 $170,000
