Commercial Lines Account Manager

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• P&C license in the State of California is required
• High School diploma or equivalent is required
• 5+ years of industry experience
• Epic experience is required
• Surplusexcess lines experience is required
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
• Must be able to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks at once
• Intermediate computer skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to process tasks by written and oral instructions.
• Ability to deal with problems involving clients and staff, as well as vendors

• This range represents the estimated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to performance, location, and experience. The range listed is just one component of FRPs total compensation package for employees.

  Pay Transparency Range

  $70,000—$80,000 USD
