Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Wednesdays to Sundays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Denver, Colorado US, Mountain Time (includes 1hour unpaid break)
  • 40 hours per week

    • Responsibilities:
      • Book appointments for real estate agents across multiple states
          • Manage and follow up with incoming leads
              • Conduct cold calling for new business development
                  • Perform partnership outreach to expand business relationships
                      • Qualify leads by asking pertinent questions and addressing objections
                          • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage lead interactions
                            • Scope

                              • Fulltime position (35+ hoursweek) with remote work arrangement

                              • Focus on lead conversion and appointment setting across Houwzer LLC’s 47state market

                              • Contribute to the growth of the company’s client base and partnerships

                              • Adapt sales strategies to various lines of business within the company

                              • Collaborate with agents and other departments to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads



                                • Requirements

                                  • Proven experience in inside sales or appointment setting, experience in real estate a must
                                      • Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
                                          • Ability to overcome objections and close deals
                                              • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management
                                                  • Selfmotivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets
                                                      • Understanding of real estate processes and terminology
