Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detailoriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team, with a strong emphasis on marketing coordination and CRM management. The ideal candidate will be a selfstarter, capable of managing multiple priorities, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Serve as the primary person responsible for keeping the CRM updated with client information, leads, and interactions.

  • Generate reports and analyze CRM data to support marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Handle various marketing responsibilities, including but not limited to, content coordination, campaign support, and market research.

  • Manage and schedule social media content across various platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

  • Research and obtain potential leads, assisting in the development of new business opportunities.

  • Provide highlevel administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting coordination.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.

  • Act as a liaison between executives and internalexternal stakeholders.

  • Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned to support business operations.



    • Requirements

      Qualification:

      • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting USbased seniorlevel executives.

      • Must have knowledge and extensive experience with any CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, etc.).

      • Demonstrated experience in managing and scheduling social media content.

      • Knowledge in CRM management and Social Media is required.

      • Proven experience handling marketing responsibilities.

      • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      • Must have prior experience working with USbased clients, demonstrating an understanding of US business practices and communication styles.

      • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

      • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

      • Comfortable working U.S. business hours and communicating clearly in English

      • Fluent in spoken and written English

      • Quiet home office work environment

        • Salary:

          Php 50,000 to Php 55,000
