About the Position: We’re looking for a highly organized and self-driven technical recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across both technical and operational pipelines. This role involves significant collaboration in a remote environment. To succeed in this role, you will need a solid grasp of sourcing strategies, experience partnering with hiring managers, and the ability to create efficient recruitment pipelines using tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Lead hiring efforts and support sourcing strategies
  • Manage job postings, pipelines, and scorecards in Greenhouse
  • Assess and screen candidates for fit
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and track feedback
  • Communicate candidate next steps
  • Keep job postings current and active in recruiting systems

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Start up experience
  • Experience hiring software engineers
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiting
  • Strong Greenhouse (or ATS) experience
  • Clear and professional written communication
  • Experience supporting both tech and non-tech roles
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Growth mindset and comfortable navigating ambiguity  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience sourcing legal transcriptionists
  • Experience supporting onboarding
  • Experience sourcing contractors
  • Experience partnering with Senior Leaders
  • Experience using Slack

Compensation Range:

  • The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000/year; however, The final base salary will be based on several factors, including geographical location, level of experience, relevant skills, and knowledge.
