About the Role #LIAG1

We’re looking for a Staff Product Designer to play a critical role in modernizing and connecting our product suite. You’ll partner closely with engineering and product leaders to define UX strategy, improve complex workflows, and colead a renewed design system initiative. You’ll collaborate directly with the Director of Design to help shape product direction and ensure cohesive, usercentered experiences across our tools.

This is a highly strategic and handson role for a systems thinker who thrives in complexity.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the endtoend design process for key features across a complex product suites
  • Partner with product managers and engineers to define and drive product strategy
  • Build and evolve design systems in Figma, helping modernize legacy components
  • Create user flows, journey maps, and wireframes for datadense enterprise tools
  • Guide other designers through critique, feedback, and mentorship
  • Conduct design audits and propose scalable UX improvements
  • Help bridge the gap between product vision and daily implementation
    • You Should Have

      • 5–7+ years of experience in product design, including enterprise or B2B tools
      • Expertise in Figma and buildingdesigning robust design systems
      • Deep experience designing complex workflows with many states and roles
      • Strong collaboration skills across engineering and product management
      • A systemsthinking mindset and experience working across multiple interconnected tools
      • Excellent communication and documentation habits
      • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from ambiguity to clarity

          • Experience modernizing legacy design systems
          • Familiarity with OCR, automation, or dataheavy enterprise tools
          • Prior experience collaborating with distributed, crossfunctional teams
          • Comfort navigating both strategy and execution across large product ecosystems
            • Salary Range

              The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $137,000 and $164,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
