Unanet is seeking a Principal Customer Solutions Engineer to be the strategic technical resource to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes and understand how our product can help them solve business problems.
You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing extraordinary relationships with customers through demos and assisting with account reviews and discovery sessions. As the Principal Customer Solutions Engineer, you will be the primary technical point of contact for multiple customers wanting to take their use of Unanet to the next level. You will work alongside the Customer Success team to understand your customers’ business goals and objectives and translate those goals into clearly defined next steps. To do this, you will apply your full breadth of product and industry knowledge to work with customers to optimize their operations with the latest Unanet functionality and integrations.
What You'll Do
Your First 90 Days
In your first 30 days, you’ll immerse yourself in Unanet’s culture, product ecosystem, and customer engagement model. You will build a foundational knowledge of our GovCon ERP platform, tools such as Salesforce and ChurnZero, and customer success workflows. You’ll shadow demos, join customer calls, and begin understanding our most strategic accounts and their goals.
In your first 60 days, you’ll begin leading discovery sessions and contributing to product demos and strategic conversations with customers. You’ll partner closely with CSMs on retention, adoption, and expansion opportunities, while also supporting internal efforts like solution documentation and knowledge sharing.
In your first 90 days, you’ll confidently serve as the primary technical resource for your book of customers, owning product conversations, helping solve complex business problems, and driving customer outcomes. You will independently lead solution discussions, assist with SOWs, deliver strategic demos, and contribute to both customer satisfaction and internal process improvements.

The salary range for this opportunity is $104,900 - $123,400 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity and discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
