Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking individuals to join our expanding company! Due to increased demand from our clients, we are looking for additional agents to work remotely and provide essential support to meet the growing needs of their customers.

The customer service representative's mission is to provide seamless customer service to both internal and external clients. This entails tapping into a wealth of knowledge about our company's products and programs, combined with adept communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members in the customer service departments of diverse Fortune 500 companies.

Qualifications

•Must be able to pass a background check

•US resident 18 years old or older

•Must be able to service at least 15 hours a week

• Distraction-free workspace

System Requirements

•Dual monitors (recommended but not required)

  • Minimum monitor resolution 1280 x 1024 

  • Windows 10 or 11 Operating System Required

  • Wired internet connection with minimum speeds of 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload

  • USB noise-cancelling Headset

  • 30GB free hard drive space, 60GB total hard drive space, and 8 GB RAM.

  • Hardwired internet connection (i,e. FIOS or DSL)

  • Anti-malware software installed on your computer
