Job description

Candid Health is seeking a dynamic sales executive with extensive enterprise healthcare tech experience to expand our customer base and drive the growth of our business. This is a high impact, high visibility role that is key to Candids continued success and will have direct alignment with our Director of Sales, CEO, and other members of our gotomarket leadership team.

What you’ll be doing

  • You will be on the frontlines of the business, identifying and engaging prospective customers, building trust and confidence in our teams understanding and appreciation for the problems they actually care about, and then creating opportunities for our teams to work together.

  • You will be responsible for designing and executing the strategy which will fuel Candids growth by creating more opportunities to sell and deploy our software to customers who need it.

  • You will develop sales munitions (playbooks, demo paths, sales materials, etc) and tradecraft which will position our team for rapid and effective growth.

  • You will be working as a member of capable, crossfunctional teams to ensure that in addition to hitting our growth goals, we are building feedback loops between key aspects of our team and business in order to continually improving our ability to deliver for our customers.
