We are looking for a Implementation Consultant to focus on Fieldpoint. Fieldpoint is a developer of field service software. Our specialized integration with CRM, ERP and accounting systems provide our customers with enterprise visibility while streamlining sales and service operations. With over 25 years of experience, hundreds of valued customers in several verticals, and a solid network of reselling partners, Fieldpoint enables service organizations to run leaner, smarter and more profitably.

We are excited to add a new Software Implementation Consultant to be a member of our Professional Services Team!

As an Implementation Consultant, you will analyze customer needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions. You will assist customers in the installation, training, customization and deployment of the Fieldpoint Software solution both remotely via web conferences and onsite as required. You will be exposed to several facets of professional services and will be required to wear several hats. From a project manager to a technical advisor, you will have face time with your customers as well as be able to work on the back end.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer needs and participate in the design and architecture of business process solutions.
• Assist customers in the installation, training, customization and deployment of the Fieldpoint Software solution both remotely via web conferences and onsite as required.
• Write SQL and .NET code and custom SSRS reports.
• Provide highlevel estimates for design and implementation efforts.
• Communicate statuses, issues, and impacts with relevant client sponsors and process owners.

• Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:

  • University degree in CommerceBusiness, Engineering or Computer Science
  • 3 years of relevant experience as Software ConsultantDeveloper
  • Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and SSRS
  • Proficiency in .NET andor web programming languages, HTML5, and Visual Studio
  • Experience in business process reengineering, preferably in CRMERP related projects
  • Strong functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Financial Applications (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Inventory Control), Industry Knowledge (HVAC and Refrigeration, Fire and Life Safety, Security Systems, Medical Devices, IT Services, Oil and Gas, Facilities Management, Industrial Equipment), Field Service Systems or Job Costing Software.
  • Solid experience in Business Process Analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator, and strong teamwork skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Willing and able to travel within North America to carry out projects (up to 25%)

  • Where: This is a hybrid role based in the Greater Toronto Area.
    The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up inoffice or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

    • Compensation: The target base compensation for this position is $92,000 CAD to $97,000 CAD per year in most Canada locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
