The Role

In the role of Solution Integration Engineer, you will devise the best technical architecture to implement Unblu solutions within our clients’ environments. You will assist customers with integrating Unblu into their frontend applications, such as online banking websites and mobile banking applications. And you have core development experience, with the ability to design and develop custom solutions.

This is a customerfacing role, and much of your day will be focused on preparing and delivering workshops, handling customer issues during and postproject phases, and providing highquality responses to customer support inquiries. We support clients on our Unblu Financial Cloud platform as well as onpremises.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical implementation of customer projects from project definition phase to golive, in close collaboration with the Unblu Business Project Lead.
  • Learn the Unblu product insideout and perform configuration changes required to meet functional and technical requirements.
  • Assist with the design of solution architectures.
  • Develop custom integrations to 3rd party applicationsplatforms using Java, NodeJs, or Python.
  • Work with version control tools like GitLab for code collaboration, branching, merging, and issue tracking.
  • Provide support and maintenance for our customers and partners, including troubleshooting and optimization for performance and security.
  • Analyzing logs related to environment or browser issues.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting of issues related to WebRTC (including TURN Server, Browsers, Forward Proxy, IP Proxy, etc).
  • Execute and ensure customer deliveries, data backup, product and service deployments.
